The Vacant Property Legal Team created a legal manual addressing various mechanisms for obtaining, holding, maintaining and transferring vacant properties. The manual is designed for CDCs (community development corporations), community groups, residents, and other neighborhood stakeholders to assist their efforts. The range of topics includes liability and risk management, service agreements, and other resources for addressing vacant property.
